Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Resync, a paid Google Calendar sync service operated by Version1 Advisor LLC, 1001 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78702. By signing in you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Resync reads busy time from Google calendars you mark as sources and writes hold events titled Busy onto Google calendars you mark as mirrors. Holds do not include source titles, attendees, locations, or descriptions. Resync is Google-only. Microsoft / Outlook connections are not offered.

Accounts and Google access

You must sign in with Google and grant the Calendar scopes listed on the consent screen. You are responsible for the Google accounts you connect and for keeping those permissions accurate. You may revoke access from Google at any time. Revoking access or disconnecting an account stops sync for that account.

Billing

Resync costs $5 per month or $40 per year. New users get a 14-day trial. After the trial, continued sync requires an active subscription. You can cancel in the billing portal. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated in Stripe.

Acceptable use

Use Resync only on calendars you are allowed to access. Do not abuse the sync, attempt to extract source event details from holds, or use the service to violate another person's privacy or Google's terms.

Availability

Sync depends on Google Calendar, Stripe, and our hosting providers. We try to keep holds current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every calendar change will appear instantly.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for missed meetings, calendar conflicts, or indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@resync.version1.io.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Material billing changes will be shown in the product or billed through Stripe.
