Guide
Short answer: print Google Calendar on a computer. Open Google Calendar. At the top right, pick Day, Week, Month, Schedule, or 4 days. Then click Settings menu, Print. On Print preview, change font size or orientation if you want, then click Print. Schedule is Calendar's list of events. People often call that an agenda. To save a file, choose Save as PDF in the final print window.
The Google Calendar app has no Print. Print your calendar Help documents the steps on a computer. On a phone, open calendar.google.com in a browser, request the desktop site, then use Settings menu, Print. If you print from one calendar but meetings live on another, Resync writes private Busy holds onto the calendar you print from so occupied time shows up. It currently syncs Google calendars only.
Print your calendar Help says you can print your calendar for a specific date range. The range comes from the view at the top right, not from Import & export. An .ics export is a file of events. Print is a page of the range you can see. File export steps are in the Export Google Calendar: ICS zip, CSV, Excel, PDF, and date range guide.
Tip: when space is available, the locations or rooms of events are also displayed.
| View | What you select | What Help documents |
|---|---|---|
| Day | One day | Print Help lists Day at the top right as a date-range option before you open Print. |
| Week | One week | Print Help lists Week as a date-range option. Use it when you want a weekly page. |
| Month | One month | Print Help lists Month as a date-range option. Font size does not change how many days fit on the page. |
| Schedule | A list of events | Print Help lists Schedule as a date-range option. Schedule is Calendar's list of upcoming events. People often call this an agenda. |
| 4 days | Four days | Print Help lists 4 days as a date-range option next to Day, Week, Month, and Schedule. |

Print Help documents these controls on the Print preview page, after Settings menu, Print. Hide calendars before you open Print if they should stay off the page.
| Option | Where it is | What Help documents |
|---|---|---|
| Font size | Font size dropdown on Print preview | Choose a font size, then click Print. Changing the font size will not change the number of days on a page. It may make the calendar easier to read. |
| Orientation | Orientation dropdown on Print preview | Click the Down arrow, then Landscape or Portrait, then Print. |
| Weekends | Show weekends on Print preview | Deselect Show weekends, then click Print. Help does not document a separate weekend control outside Print preview. |
| Hidden calendars | My calendars or Other calendars on the left | Click the calendar name to hide it. If it does not have a check mark, it is hidden and will not print. Click the box to show it again. |
| Color and RSVP | Color & style dropdown on Print preview | Choose Full color, then Print. Did not respond is a transparent box. No is a transparent box with a crossed-out circle. Yes is a full color box. Maybe is a full color box with a question mark. |
On the left, under My calendars or Other calendars, click the name of the calendars you want to hide. If a calendar does not have a check mark next to it, it is hidden. To show a calendar, click the box. Hidden calendars do not print.
Print preview has Show weekends. It does not have a week-number checkbox. Turn on Show week numbers under Settings → View options first, then print Week or Month. That path is in Google Calendar week numbers: show, ISO weeks, and print.
Tip: if you change the font size, it won't change the number of days on a page. It may make your calendar easier to read.
If Full color is selected, event responses appear as:

Print Help documents Save as PDF in the final print window, not as a separate export in Settings. A PDF is a picture of the visible range. It is not an .ics backup. Restoring events from a file is in the Google Calendar backup guide.
Tip: to find your calendar PDF, check your computer's downloads.

Print your calendar Help starts with "On your computer." It does not document Print in the Google Calendar app. There is no Print control on Android or iPhone in the app.
Workaround, because the app has no Print:
A computer is still the path Help documents. If the desktop site is hard to use on a small screen, print from a laptop or desktop instead.
Google Calendar Help steps checked Nov 6, 2026. Cited from Print your calendar. Help does not document this phone-browser workaround. It only documents Print on a computer.
Use this table when Print is missing, events are off the page, or you wanted a PDF.
| What you see | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No Print in the Calendar app | Print your calendar Help documents the steps on a computer. It does not document Print in the Google Calendar app. | Open calendar.google.com on a computer, or in a phone browser request the desktop site, then use Settings menu, Print. A computer is the path Help documents. |
| Events missing from the printout | The calendar is hidden, or the events live on another Google calendar that is not checked. | On the left, under My calendars or Other calendars, click the box next to each calendar that should print. Meetings on another account stay off the page unless that calendar is visible. |
| Weekends still on the page | Show weekends is still selected on Print preview. | On the Print preview page, deselect Show weekends, then click Print. |
| Type is too small | The Font size is still the default. Changing it does not put fewer days on the page. | On Print preview, open Font size, choose a larger size, then click Print. Switch Day, Week, Month, Schedule, or 4 days if you want a different range. |
| Want a PDF, not paper | Print still sent the job to a printer. Save as PDF is a destination in the final print window, not a separate export in Settings. | Follow the print steps. Under Destination, click Change, then Save as PDF, then Save. Check your computer's downloads. |
| Meetings from another Google calendar missing | Print shows calendars that are checked in this Google Calendar view. A second Google account is not on that list by itself. | Turn on the other calendar in this view if you can, or use Resync to write private Busy holds onto the calendar you print from. |
Working hours warn invitees. They do not create Busy events, so they are not a substitute for blocks on a printout. That difference is in the working hours guide. Busy vs Free occupies time on a calendar. It does not print a second Google account by itself. That is in the busy vs free guide. Time blocks stay on the calendar where you created them. Setup is in the time blocking guide.

Use Print when you want a Day, Week, Month, Schedule, or 4-day page, or a PDF of that range. Resync does not print calendars or save PDFs. It does not sync Outlook, Apple Calendar, or iCloud.
Use Resync when the page is missing meetings that live on another of your Google calendars. If you print from one calendar but meetings live on another, Resync writes private Busy holds onto the calendar you print from so occupied time shows up. It currently syncs Google calendars only. $1.50/month or $9/year after a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.

On the Print preview page, deselect Show weekends to print without Saturday and Sunday. Use the Font size dropdown to choose a size, and the Orientation dropdown for Landscape or Portrait. Print Help says changing the font size will not change the number of days on a page. It may make the calendar easier to read.
Print includes calendars that are checked. On the left, under My calendars or Other calendars, click a calendar name to hide it. If it does not have a check mark, it is hidden and will not print. Meetings that live only on another Google account do not appear unless that calendar is visible. Locations or rooms print when space is available.
No. Resync does not print calendars or save PDFs. If you print from one calendar but meetings live on another, Resync writes private Busy holds onto the calendar you print from so occupied time shows up. Holds are titled Busy. Description, location, attendees, and conference data stay empty. A printout of that mirror then shows occupied time without source meeting details. Resync currently syncs Google calendars only. $1.50/month or $9/year after a 30-day free trial, no credit card required.
Connect the Google calendars you want to keep aligned, then mark sources and mirrors on the dashboard.
Resync will ask Google for permission to:see your list of calendars; see events on the calendars you choose as Sources, to know when you're busy; and create, update and delete events titled "Busy" on calendars you choose as Mirrors.
